Company Background & Philosophy

Practical Engineering Education for Real-World Mining

Bridging the gap between high-draw semiconductor hardware and Australian electrical and climate demands.

Registered Australian Enterprise

Founded in 2021 in Seaton, Victoria

Mind Work Point is an independent Australian technical education business founded in 2021 with headquarters located at 23 Hill Road, Seaton VIC 3858.

The company was established by heavy industrial electricians and hardware technicians who saw regional Australian operators struggling with premature hardware failures, thermal shutdowns during 40°C heatwaves, and dangerous wiring improvisations in rural sheds.

Our core mission is straightforward: to provide rigorous, hands-on, non-speculative physical education in high-density electrical distribution, thermodynamic airflow design, acoustic attenuation, and micro-soldering diagnostics.

Our Foundational Principles

How We Approach Education

Safety & Compliance First

We instruct strictly within Australian standard AS/NZS 3000 frameworks. We teach participants the physics of continuous thermal de-rating, neutral conductor loading, and Type C/D breaker coordination so installations remain fire-safe for years.

Physical Benches, Zero Fluff

Students do not sit through endless slide decks. Every participant tears down real ASIC miners, uses digital multimeters and oscilloscopes, replaces thermal pads, and balances three-phase distribution boxes with their own hands.

Australian Climate Realities

Hardware setups designed for cold northern climates frequently fail under the Victorian sun. We specialize in hot-aisle containment, negative static pressure engineering, and solar curtailment tailored to regional rural properties.
