Pricing Guidelines & Estimate Factors
All prices quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Educational workshop fees include GST, printed technical manuals, safety equipment, and on-site testing apparatus usage.
Facility Location & Travel
On-site audits located beyond the Gippsland and Central Victoria standard zone incur standard travel and accommodation allowances calculated at transparent cost.
Group Cohort Discounts
For agricultural enterprises, businesses, or mining co-operatives enrolling 3 or more team members in a single workshop cohort, a 10% group concession applies.
Custom Facility Engagements
For installations exceeding 250kW or specialized off-grid hydro/microgrid systems, audit scopes and engineering consultations are quoted individually after initial discovery.
Frequently Asked Questions About Rates
Are all testing instruments provided during lab workshops?
Yes. All Fluke power quality analyzers, FLIR thermal imaging cameras, stereomicroscopes, hot-air rework stations, safety eyewear, and ESD gear are fully provided in our Seaton lab. You only need to bring closed-toe boots and a laptop for network configuration modules.
How do on-site facility audit travel fees work?
For locations within the standard Gippsland and Central Victoria zones (including Latrobe Valley, Wellington Shire, Baw Baw Shire, and Greater Bendigo), standard audit fees apply with no hidden surcharges. For remote Victorian regions, travel is calculated at standard ATO vehicle mileage rates.
Can I reschedule my workshop date if a conflict arises?
Yes. You may reschedule your registered cohort date up to 14 days before the workshop commences at no extra fee. Please review our complete Refund and Cancellation Policy for specific timeframes.
Do you offer customized corporate or group training?
Yes. If you operate an agricultural enterprise or regional mining co-op with 4 to 8 team members, we can host a dedicated private cohort in Seaton or conduct tailored on-site electrical safety seminars at your property.
