1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the website mind-workpoint.click and your enrollment or participation in any educational workshops, diagnostic lab sessions, or facility consulting services provided by Mind Work Point ("we", "our", or "us"), operating at 23 Hill Road, Seaton VIC 3858, Australia.

By accessing our site, submitting a booking form, or attending a workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our site or register for our programs.

2. Nature of Services: Educational & Engineering Scope

Mind Work Point provides technical education, hardware diagnostic training, airflow engineering calculations, and physical facility audits.

Technical Guidance Only: While we teach wiring principles according to Australian Standard AS/NZS 3000, our educational materials and verbal guidance do not constitute licensed electrical contracting certificates or formal building compliance sign-offs. Any physical high-voltage wiring at your private or commercial premises must be executed and certified by an appropriately licensed electrical contractor.

Non-Financial Advisory Notice: All course content is strictly focused on electrical, thermal, mechanical, and semiconductor engineering. Mind Work Point does not provide financial product advice, investment recommendations, cryptocurrency trading guidance, or guaranteed profitability projections.

3. Workshop Attendance, Health & Safety Compliance

When participating in on-site lab sessions at our Seaton facility:

• You agree to strictly follow all instructor safety commands, wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to ESD grounding procedures.
• You must wear closed-toe footwear and appropriate attire for mechanical and electronic workshop environments.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant from the testing benches whose behavior poses an electrical or physical hazard to themselves or others, without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All printed course manuals, technical diagrams, calculation spreadsheets, written articles, and proprietary curriculum materials provided during workshops remain the intellectual property of Mind Work Point.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal learning or internal business facility operations. You may not reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, or resell our training materials without our express prior written permission.

5. Pricing, Bookings & Payments

All prices displayed on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.

Workshop registrations are confirmed upon receipt of enrollment forms and formal invoice settlement. Because cohort sizes are capped at 6 to 8 participants, reservation places are held strictly on a scheduled basis.

6. Limitation of Liability & Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Mind Work Point and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, hardware damage, or downtime resulting from the implementation of techniques taught during educational sessions or described in website articles.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
